Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without providing any reason. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. The same payment method used for the Order will be used for the refund without any fees.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, ensure the following:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to their nature or which deteriorate rapidly.
  • Unsealed Goods unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

Use an insured and trackable mail service, as We cannot issue refunds without receiving the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Conditions

  • Products must have original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Damaged products from unboxing or trials by You cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized and discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

After receiving your product at our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC) before processing your request.
